Organisation, not diagnosis

DoctorAI helps you organise health information and understand general health education. It is an AI service, not a doctor, emergency service, diagnosis, or treatment provider.

Professional care

Do not start, stop, or change prescription medication based only on DoctorAI. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional for personal medical decisions.

Your information

You control what you save, edit, delete, or share. Health Memory is optional. When enabled, approved details may be included with your AI question. Review information for accuracy before relying on it.

Urgent situations

If you may be experiencing an emergency or severe symptoms, contact local emergency services immediately. Do not wait for an AI response.

AI limitations

AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. Symptom groupings reflect notes you entered and do not establish that one event caused another. Use the service for general education and preparation for a conversation with a clinician, not as a substitute for professional advice.

Founding-member beta

Paid founding-member subscriptions are currently offered to adults aged 18 or older. Do not use the service to store or manage another person's health information.

Subscriptions

The price and billing frequency are shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed frequency until cancelled. Use Manage or cancel subscription on the subscription page to open Stripe billing management, or contact support for help. Any consumer rights that apply to you under local law remain available.

Changes and support

We may update these terms as DoctorAI develops. Questions about your account or privacy can be sent to support@doctoraiworld.com. These terms and the service are subject to review for the countries where DoctorAI is offered.

Simple rule: DoctorAI can help you prepare and stay organised; a healthcare professional should guide diagnosis and treatment.
